Based on a true story, the story covers the fierce conflict between two parties in Alexandria: Fadda Al-Medawi, a wealthy and authoritarian trader, and Moufid Abu Al-Ghar, a retired ambassador, as they engage in a quarrel over a historical palace that he owns.
