Cuisines sans frontière

A cookery programme with some of Switzerland's most important foreign communities: Germany, Italy, Portugal, France, Kosovo and Spain. Six candidates prepare a traditional dish from their community and invite the other participants to not only enjoy it, but also to judge it. Commentary by: Luigi Marra.
